We will not mislead you with inaccurate or deceiving descriptions on our products.

We provide our customers a realistic opportunity to inspect and use products at home to ensure they work a reasonable amount of time.

there may be occasions when you need to return a product to us;

We honour

Refunds/exchanges for items in their original condition and packaging accompanied with a Summerhill Garden Centre till receipt or other dated proof of purchase returned within 28 days (exclusions apply).
This is in addition to your statutory rights.

We will not refund of exchange

Products that have been highlighted as faulty or damaged prior to your purchase, items that have been damaged since purchase, normal wear and tears of items purchased over 6 months ago (unless otherwise specifically stated.)

Exclusions

There are a few products that are not included on our 28-day return policy. These are sale items, statues, ornamental pots, plants, all garden furniture, BBQ’s, Chimeneas, Gift Vouchers, fresh cut and artificial Christmas Trees.

“Our refund policy is 28 days from the date of purchase in accordance with our displayed policy”.

Entering into a purchase with Summerhill Garden Centre acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of our terms and conditions.


We may refuse to refund or exchange if we feel your request does not adhere to our policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
